As a player, once you go out enough for a few years, you learn a lot. There are things that rookies don’t see, that an experienced vet knows about. Let’s talk about something that has to do with more than meets the eye: Location. We already know that unless you’re the guy at the tip-top of that social hierarchy, and it is very noticeable by women, then you should avoid “sausagefests” by any means possible. That’s pretty much common knowledge. However, a mistake that rookie players will make, is that if a bar or party is completely packed, with a nice ratio of men to women, then his chances of pulling are much better than what they normally would be. Couldn’t be further from the truth. Why so? Anytime you go to a packed bar or party, there are going to be a ton of distractions. What this does is make it nearly impossible to have a decent conversation with any of the women that you may come across. That, and when you go to packed bars and parties, women are much more likely to have a large group of friends with them, thus making any type of one night stand nearly impossible, as women are much more aware of how they are perceived by friends. Not only that, but when you go to packed bars or parties, men are much more confident. They’re more willing to take risks and approach women because they assume that everyone is caught up in the chaos and that no one is paying any attention. And that just might be the case.
